As a foundation, we organize the procurement of a university entity with expertise in urban planning who studies the area and designs a plan for short-, medium- and long-term actions and programs guaranteeing the transformation of the territory while promoting social mobility and securing a better standard of living for the people and simultaneously involving the communities to take part as co-creators of the change.
